Overview
Shen Yao Holdings Limited is a Singapore incorporated gold mining and exploration company with operations in Australia, having established itself in the gold mining industry since March 2012. The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Golden Point Group Pty Ltd produced 42,697 ounces of gold for the financial period ended 30 June 2020, contributing to S$93.0 million in revenue. Since August 2020, Shen Yao Holdings has diversified into fund management as well as other opportunistic ventures in promising firms.
Gold Mining & Exploration
Shen Yao Holdings wholly owns Golden Point Group, a gold explorer and producer with five significant tenements in Australia’s historic central Victoria gold belt, collectively covering over 350 square kilometers.
Investing & Private Equity
Shen Yao Investments mainly invest in undervalued public companies in the Asia Pacific markets. Beyond public equities, Shen Yao Investments may also invest in private companies as special situations and opportunities arise.
